“It’s hard out there for an architect. Sergio Santos had to move into a 77-square foot closet to make it through the recession. But if you have to live in such a cramped space, it really helps to have architecture skills. His $64 remodeling of the space is pretty mind-blowing. I’m not sure if this is the kind of low-impact living we should aspire to, necessarily, but Santos’s resourcefulness certainly is.
